Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Two year degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, administration or related field and a minimum of 2 years of full time work experience in a correctional facility or similar setting Or a minimum of a high school diploma/GED and six years’ experience in a corrections facility or similar setting.
2) 2 plus years work related experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. 3) Valid Driver’s License. 4) Successful completion of back ground check. Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience.
DUTIES:
Assists the Jail Administrator in the management and supervision of the County Jail in a manner which will ensure the proper administration of policies and procedures and the security and well-being of the staff and inmates.
