Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in social work, phycology, sociology or a closely related field
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college with a major in any field and one-year experience as a social worker in a public or private social service agency
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
Primary Duties:
- Assesses and monitor the needs of individuals and families to coordinate appropriate services.
- Develop and monitor service plans to manage goals, services, and resources.
- Make referrals to a variety of support services.
- Provide education.
- Document all client related activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Hours:
Hourly exempt 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday; possible on-call may be required at times on holidays or weekends.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range $67,184 - $87,672 annually. The position is eligible for a wide range of competitive benefits, including state pension plan, vacation time, sick time, personal and holiday leave time. In addition, the position is eligible for the County's health plan; Dental, Vision and Life Insurance; Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts; Long-Term and Short-Term Disability; Supplemental Accidental, Hospital, and Critical Illness plans; and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. The County contributes monthly health benefits to aid in the rising of insurance costs with the contribution rate evaluated annually. Additionally, employees have the option to take part of the contribution as cash in lieu of benefits. After satisfactorily completing the probationary period ability to work from home.
