QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
2) Two plus years prior related work experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
3) Two plus years of work-related experience in finance/accounting software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Master’s Degree in Accounting
2) CPA OR CPFO
3) Supervisory Experience
4) Government Accounting Experience
DUTIES:
This position will manage the accounting functions to maintain all financial records, accounts and fiscal transactions for Becker County. This position will direct the work for ensures all accounting functions are complete and accurate, conducting internal audits and preparing financial statements, analysis and forecasting. This position will also be key in grant utilization, budget construction, annual Audit and developing ongoing office practices and procedures.
SALARY RANGE: $70,929 - $79,582 DOE, plus benefit package
