Job Title: Registered Nurse

Qualification: Applicants must be registered and tested or must be transferable under the Minnesota Merit System at the time of filing deadline.

Minimum qualifications relating to MN Choices:
        A bachelor’s degree in nursing with a certificate in public health nursing.
                           Or
        A bachelor’s degree in nursing with at least one year of home and community-based experience.
                           Or
        A current license as a Registered Nurse and at least 2 years of home and community-based experience.

Note: The incumbent must participate in a minimum of 15 hours per year of continuing education or in-service training as outlined in Minn. Stat. 626.559.

Duties: To provide care coordination services for specified programs which includes assessment of client strengths/needs, and service planning/provision/evaluation including documentation. Also, to provide other nursing duties as assigned.

Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week, mainly day hours

Starting Annual Salary Range: 56,146- 67,740/year DOQ, exempt status. Full salary range: 56,146 - 73,753. Position qualifies for health benefit package, accrued vacation, sick and personal days. The position is also eligible for State Pension Plan.
